Screams, giggles at the library as teens present scary filmsThere was something eerie about the Napa City-County Library Friday evening. The quiet rustle of turning pages was replaced by scary music, screams and a few giggles that came from the crowd of 30 or so teenagers and their relatives who gathered at the library to watch scary movies.
