Richard Seiferheld, of St. Helena, and Linda Laing, of Clearlake, are happy to announce the upcoming wedding celebration of their daughter, Kimberly Seiferheld, to David Evans, son of Phillip Evans, of Sydney, and Sarah Evans, of Cairns, Australia.
Kimberly graduated from St. Helena High School in 1999 and received her bachelor’s degree in fine arts from UC Santa Cruz in 2003. Kim continues to make new mixed media work as a visual artist. Using her artistic talents, she has established a successful career as a floral designer, working with commercial clients in the Bay Area and event planners, principally in the North Bay.
David majored in political science and drama as part of a bachelor’s degree program at the University of Adelaide, then acted at the Center of the Performing Arts, also in Adelaide, graduating in 1997. Currently, he is the vice-president of business development at Roar Engine, president of In the Chair USA and a director of StarPlayit, which he founded and ran as CEO until recently. Among David’s other accomplishments, he holds and has pending several music technology–related patents in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia.
The couple will celebrate their September wedding at a private vineyard location in the Napa Valley, with a reception following the afternoon ceremony.
