Qualifying St. Helena property owners could be eligible to receive an interest-free loan for home repairs and improvements under a new state-funded program.
The city has received funding from the state for the Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program, which the City of Napa Housing Authority is administering on behalf of the city of St. Helena.
The program is aimed at preserving and improving the housing of low-income households. Qualified property owners may be eligible for an interest-free loan, depending on the household’s annual income and equity in owned property.
For details about the program, contact Antonio Mejia, Rehab Loan Specialist for City of Napa Housing Authority, at (707) 257-9356 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
