Solage Resort has partnered with the Calistoga Wine Growers to host the fifth annual Calistoga Food & Wine Event, May 10-12.
The weekend kicks off on May 10 with a reception featuring five local wineries and chefs at Bennett Lane Winery. Tickets are $192.
On Friday, May 11, Solbar Executive Chef Massimo Falsini will show a class how to create to make pappardelle noodles and ravioli. Tickets are $95.
The weekend culminates Saturday, May 12, 2-5:30 p.m., at Solage for the signature Grand Tasting event with wines from more than 40 wineries, live music and light bites from Solbar and local restaurants. Tickets are $95.
Availability for all Calistoga Food & Wine Events are limited and requires tickets to be purchased in advance on Eventbrite. A portion of the event proceeds will be donated to the Calistoga Firefighter’s Association.
