Teresa Baker, founder of the
African American National Park
Event and Hike Like a Girl, will
speak about her organization’s

the country, where opportunities
to participate in events that speak
to culture, heritage, and lifestyle
are created. Through her work,
she helps to change perceptions
and behaviors relative to the
national parks and fosters the
next generation of diverse,
informed, and loyal park stewards
and outdoor enthusiasts.
