New tenants at Tannery Bend

Five businesses have signed leases at Tannery Bend on South Coombs Street. H&H Wine Brokerage moved its business into 2,200 square feet of office space at Tannery Row at 101 South Coombs. The company brings together qualified buyers and sellers of grapes, bulk wine and cased goods.

At Sawyer Tannery (68 Coombs St.), interior design firm Barbara Colvin & Company signed a lease for warehouse space; Platypus Tours leased vehicle storage space for their bus storage; Bryan Fleury, of Fleury Estate Winery, and Eric Fleury leased an office/artist loft space; and Ryan Frederickson leased an artist space at the same location.
