I’m not certain of the early operation methods of the Napa Chamber of Commerce, which was established in 1887. But I think it’s safe to say that without a foundation similar to the 20 NCC Hall of Fame business members I’m about to mention, this organization may not exist today.
If ever there were a member worthy of legendary status recognition, it would be Malloy Imrie and Vasconi Insurance, NCC member since 1907.
“MIV has five generations and 110 years of history with the Chamber,” said partner Kent Imrie.
“The board, committees, ambassadors and staff have always represented and advocated for local business with remarkable success. I’m always encouraging others to support the local Chamber with your membership and involvement.”
AAA, Bell Products, Dickinson Peatman and Fogarty, Family Drug, ISU Sander Jacobs Cassayre, Lehman and Lehman, Napa Jet Center, Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Piner’s have been engaging, connecting and collaborating with the NCC for 61 years — all having joined in 1956.
The remaining members of the NCC Hall of Fame include Claffey and Rota Funeral Home, Coombs & Dunlap, G & J Seiberlich & Co., Napa Electric, Napa State Hospital, Queen of the Valley Medical Center, Vallerga’s, Van Widen’s Garden Center and Zeller Hoff & Zeller, longtime pillars of the Napa business community and Chamber members since 1966.
In all, these local businesses have been a part of the NCC family for a combined 1,269 years. We are humbled and forever grateful for their unwavering support. Thank you.
