Mentis, formerly Family Service of Napa Valley, has named Liz Marks as development director.
Mentis provides bi-lingual, professional mental health services throughout the county.
Marks recruited the first board of directors for the St. Helena Family Center and secured initial funding for the American Canyon Family Center, served as major gifts officer at Cope Family Center, and most recently was a development consultant with Marks Mohn Associates.
Marks graduated from UC Davis and has a certificate in fundraising management from Indiana University.
“I am excited to start a new challenge at a nonprofit organization with a history of serving our community for over 60 years," said Marks.
"Her expertise is vital to reaching our growth goals," said Rob Weiss, executive director.
