SEP 5 // STICKY BUSINESS BARBECUE
Husband and wife team Chef Tedd and Alesha Romero bring hand-crafted Bay Area BBQ wood-smoked on-site.
Expect: Beef brisket (smoked 12 hours!), St. Louis pork ribs, sausage, and “Yard Bird” accompanied by classics like collard greens, green chili mac n’ cheese, pit beans and more.
SEP 12 // MERCADITO FOOD TRUCK
Chef Nes Atayde and family explore traditional Mexico City dishes with a focus on fresh Napa Valley produce.
Expect: An introduction to hand-made Huaraches, Pambazos, Chilaquiles, and other fare that rarely make it this far North. Also on the menu: specialty salads and sandwiches with modern twists like homemade duck chorizo with butter poached potatoes. Vegan options available.
SEP 19 // PROVISIONS MEAT & CHEESE
Chef Nick Perata takes grilled sandwiches to another level.
Expect: Gourmet grilled cheese, french dip with house-smoked meat, and grilled sausage sandwiches. Unexpected twists such as grilled cheese with Cowgirl Creamery cheeses and house-made Cabernet jam or honey-fig butter served with a tangy tomato relish dip. Vegetarian options available.
SEP 26 // PLATANITO PUPUSAS LATIN CUISINE
Mother & son team Chef Maria Trujillo and Arturo Bibiano share Salvadoran inspired Pupusas with a twist.
Expect: Thick corn tortillas grilled with an infusion of Pastor, Asada, Pollo and even Jackfruit, all hand-made to order. Accompanied by traditional Curtido, a spicy cabbage slaw, and salsa. Vegan options available.
