Smell, touch and taste truffles (the fungi kind) in a unique interactive experience with Michelin starred Chef Ken Frank of La Toque as he shares his insights into cooking with truffles, including how to select, store and prepare them (tasty truffle bites included). Also, learn some of the mythic and interesting facts about truffles with world-renowned mycologist Dr. Paul Thomas, and travel into the fascinating world of hunting truffles with expert dog trainer Alana McGee.

This experience includes an extraordinary Winery Truffle Lunch at the spectacular Shadybrook Estate where Michelin star Chef Gabriel Kreuther of NYC will prepare an unforgettable truffle menu perfectly paired with Shadybrook’s superb wines. The day finishes with a jaunt to the Robert Sinskey Vineyards Truffle Orchard for an exciting truffle hunting demo with our favorite truffle dogs (petting allowed)!
