Start the new year off by experiencing the slow graceful movements of Tai Chi, with controlled breathing & gentle on the joints. This Tai Chi class & its ancient series of movements can be helpful in reducing pain, improving mental & physical well-being, reducing stress, increase blood flow to the joints & improve balance & flexibility. It uses gentle Sun-style Tai Chi routines that are safe, easy to learn & suitable for every fitness level. The class is taught by Tim Gaskell, who has years of experience in practicing & teaching Tai Chi & martial arts. He is highly regarded by his students.
