Halls are decked with exciting and colorful art in all mediums – watercolor, acrylic, oil, pastel, mixed media and collage - created by the Up Valley Visual Expressions art class under instructor, Theo Fabian Becker.

The public is invited to view the exhibit on weekdays from 10 am to 5 pm.  The exhibit begins November 1 and extends through December 19 at Napa Valley College, Up Valley Campus, 1088 College Avenue, off Pope Street in St. Helena.  Works are for sale and artist background bios are displayed at the exhibit.

“This studio class consists of very accomplished and dedicated artists,” said Theo Fabian Becker and the show includes realism, abstract, figurative work plus poignant statement pieces about climate change.”

“Theo is an excellent instructor,” added artist, Carolynne Gamble.  “She has an eye for composition and color harmony.  Like everyone in the class, she speaks ‘paint.’  I may not always “see” what she suggests, but when I take her advice, she is always right! That’s what makes her so good!   That’s why there are so many professional artists in the class, all waiting in line for her critique!”
