Three lost hikers were rescued by helicopter after wandering about 150-feet below Table Rock Trail east of Calistoga on Monday evening, according to California Highway Patrol.

With their night vision goggles on, CHP Golden Gate Division’s Air Operations Unit H-30 crew immediately located the hikers, who were waving their cell phone lights at the helicopter.

Sonoma County Rescue Helicopter Henry 1 assisted by shining a light on the hikers while the H-30 crew met the hikers on foot away from the trailhead. The crew assisted the hikers back to the trail.

One hiker, who was injured, was flown to an awaiting AMR ambulance.

CHP Air-31 was also on scene.
