Napa gets fabulous on June 16 at 8 p.m. with the opening of “Drag Queens of the Valley” at JaM Cellars Ballroom at the Napa Valley Opera House, located at 1030 Main Street. The “glamourama” will feature 10 performers from San Francisco, strutting their stuff on the runway, singing, bantering and lip-synching.
Star queens include Intensive Clair, Sugar Betes, Linden Linty, Mason Dixon Jars, Coco Buttah, Vivvyanne Forevermore, Vanilla Meringue and others.
Napa’s own DJ Rotten Robbie will be spinning tunes before the show and opening the dance floor after the performance. Locals drag fans are invited and encouraged to dress for the occasion.
The event benefits Napa LGBTQ Connection. General admission is $20 in advance and $25 at the door, with VIP tickets available at $55. Limited seating is first come, first seated.
