Oenotri will be serving an Italian-style Easter brunch with craft cocktails from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
The menu includes a selection of pizza, including Panna — asparagus with potatoes and Fontina cheese; and Uovo — Hudson Ranch egg with San Marzano tomatoes, sage and mozzarella di bufala;
Antipasti selections include Pesce en Vaso — smoked trout brandade with arugula and pickled onion on crostone; as well as strawberries with almonds, mascarpone, arugula and blood orange agrumato.
Pasticceria choices feature a fig and citron scone; pane abbrustolita with currants, pine nuts, orange and amaro syrup.
Main courses include pancetta wrapped Jones Farm rabbit saddle with mustard greens, fennel and sultana condimento; poached egg with asparagus and crispy lonza; and wood oven-roasted king trumpet and hen of the woods mushroom frittata.
Brunch side dishes include house-cured bacon, fried potatoes with Calabrian chilies as well as a fried or poached Hudson Ranch egg.
