Downtown Napa's Oenotri is once again celebrating the best of new crop olive oils with its annual Olio Nuovo dinner series.

From Dec. 16 through 18, the entire menu will focus on olive oil with a range of seasonal dishes paired to local olio nuovo. This year chef Tyler Rodde and his culinary team will be featuring oils from Hudson Ranch, Long Meadow Ranch, McEvoy Ranch, Dickson Ranch, Round Pound Estates, Lucero Olive Oil and other regional producers.

The menus for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will contain the following dishes and more:

Citrus salad with prosecco gelatina, Dungeness crab, avocado and fines herbes.

Oenotri Garden Squash Pizza with grilled Little Gem lettuces, bagna cauda, Parmigiano and walnuts.

Gnocchi with aioli, chives and crispy artichokes.

Spaghettini fritti with braised hen, tomato, Gaeta olives and herbs.

Seafood choucroute with swordfish confit and anchovies.

Watson Farm lamb spezzatino and roasted leg with olive oil smashed potatoes, Gaeta olives and rosemary.

Dinner is served from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
