downed semitrailer highway 121 napa 9/11

CHP is advising drivers to take alternate routes after a semitrailer flipped near the Sonoma County border in Napa.

A flipped semitrailer on Highway 121 near the Sonoma County line Tuesday morning, shutting down one lane of traffic heading southbound.

The lane, which reopened Tuesday afternoon, closed after the truck lost a load of sand.

It stalled near Haire Lane, according to the California Highway Patrol. Nobody was reported injured.
