A couple's dispute in a home near St. Helena ended with a man's arrest early Sunday morning, according to the Napa County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies were called to the 1800 block of Lydia Lane after reports of a disturbance shortly before 2:49 a.m., according to Sgt. Jon Thompson. A woman living at the home suffered a cut to her head, Thompson said.
Afterward deputies arrested 29-year-old Carlo Trinchero, who was booked into the Napa County jail. In addition to an allegation of felony domestic violence, Trinchero also was being held on suspicion of battery after striking an emergency medical technician who responded to the incident, according to Thompson.
