A 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and possession of stolen property after officers found him in the driver’s seat of a stolen vehicle on Monday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Officers arrived at the scene near the 7100 block of Knoxville Road to find a parked Acura MDX that had been reported stolen out of Santa Rosa.

The apparent driver, Leo Theodorangelo Tocchini, acted very agitated, CHP said. He was found with a baggy containing a white substance.

He was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, being in possession of stolen property and driving without a license. Tocchini was booked at the Napa County jail and is being held on $25,000 bail.
