Napa organizations get Kaiser Permanente grants

As many as 12 nonprofits serving Napa County residents are among the 42 organizations that will share a total of $910,000 in grants from Kaiser Permanente.

The money will go to local nonprofit organizations that improve the health of under-served communities in Napa and Solano counties, said a news release.

The Kaiser Permanente Community Benefit grants are awarded every year.

The list includes:

-- Aldea Children & Family Services

-- Children's Health Initiative – Napa County

-- Collabria Care (formerly Napa Valley Hospice & Adult Services)

-- COPE Family Center

-- Ole Health (formerly Clinic Ole)

-- Solano County Health & Social Services

-- Cinco de Mayo Golf Club

-- Napa Emergency Women Services

-- Girls on the Run Napa Valley, Inc.

-- Napa Emergency Women’s Services

-- On The Move

-- Up Valley Family Resource Centers of Napa County
