Napa County Supervisor Diane Dillon will seek a fifth term in 2018.

Dillon announced her re-election bid at a weekend event. The St. Helena resident and Napa County native represents the 3rd District that covers the heart of Napa Valley wine country, including Calistoga, St. Helena and Yountville.

The primary election will be held on June 5, 2018 and, if necessary, a runoff election on Nov. 6, 2018.

Dillon announced she has endorsements from Rep. Mike Thompson, state Sen. Bill Dodd, Assemblywoman Cecilia Aguiar-Curry, Sheriff John Robertson and county Supervisors Ryan Gregory, Alfredo Pedroza, Belia Ramos and Brad Wagenknecht.

No one else has publicly announced a candidacy for the 2018 Board of Supervisors elections. Also on the ballot is the 1st District seat held by Wagenknecht.
