The Napa Valley Transportation Authority.

Napa Valley Transportation Authority is preparing to create a 25-year transportation plan for the region and is inviting the public to a kick-off event.

The 2019 Transportation Summit is to start at 4 p.m. Sept. 18 at The CIA at Copia in the Oxbow district. Participants will learn about plans for transportation and mass transit and about the financial projections and constraints. They can give opinions. They’ll tour an all-electric bus.
