We need regulations with drones. Residential neighborhoods that adjoin vineyards should not be subjected to aerial pesticide and fertilizer over spray carried by the wind.
Perhaps this is ok in the Central Valley where there are no homes in site of agricultural crops for miles but it's inappropriate here.
Additionally, neighborhoods could be subjected to the threat of a drone injuring their property if a controller is inexperienced, or if the wind changes the flight pattern of a drone.
