American Canyon Police on Friday evening responded to a disturbance at Walmart Supercenter at Napa Junction, where a woman became irate with an employee at the Customer Service counter because she could not return a Halloween costume, police said. Walmart does not accept returns of Halloween costumes after Halloween.

The woman, Etasha Tandi Irving, 29, of Vallejo, consented to a search of her purse after an officer smelled an odor of marijuana, police said.

Irving allegedly had a drug pipe with a usable amount of suspected methamphetamine, police said.

She was booked into the Napa County jail on suspicion of drug possession and drug paraphernalia possession, police said.
