New Mexico to market 'green bonds' for energy conservation

New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham testifies at a field hearing of the U.S. House Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources in Santa Fe, N.M., on Monday, April 15, 2019, about the affects of air pollution on sacred Native American cultural sites. Leaders of the Navajo Nation and Pueblo tribes expressed frustration at the hearing with federal oversight of oil and gas leases on public holdings near ancient Native American cultural sites and endorsed legislation to restrict natural gas development around Chaco Culture National Historic Park.
