Call it courageous instead

  • Updated

Crazy? According to the mayors of Napa and American Canyon, anyone who cares about clean water and living forests are crazy: those of us raising children here, winemakers, the entire St. Helena City Council, and on.

Measure C is a chance to face climate change, evident in the weather, the sun, the winds, the fires. It’s a chance to save some of our forests and to preserve our water supply for our children’s children.

Crazy, say the mayors. Call it courageous, canny, or clear-sighted instead.
