There is no need to have gunshots, propane cannons or Mylar streamers in Napa Valley. Not only are they ugly and noisy, they don’t work. The birds soon learn there is no downside to the noise or streamers.
Falcons, on the other hand, are highly effective. They are good for agriculture, tourism and people who live here.
