We also offer personalized training to meet your needs. We have Free Weights, Machines, and more!
Michael is a St. Helena native and owner of St. Helena Fitness. He has his MBA from St. Mary's college and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He is passionate about helping clients grow and reach their full potential.
HEAD PERSONAL TRAINER
Joey brings over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer. Before receiving his B.S. in Exercise Science, he served as a medic in the army for 3 years. Joey's knowledge and passion for fitness make him a great asset to St. Helena Fitness.
Josh is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. He has a strong passion for fitness, helping others, and you can always count on him to motivate you.
Gus is an ANSM Certified Personal Trainer. He has a calm and patient approach to personal training. You can count on Gus to guide you every step of the way during your fitness journey.
