About Stanley Steemer Napa

Bill and Cyndy purchased Napa and Solano counties from what was then called Stanley Steemer of the North Bay in 1995. At first the business was done out of their home in Sonoma county but they soon realized that as the business grew, they needed to find a more permanent office that was more centrally located.  They have been serving Napa and Solano counties for more than 23 years with 5 trucks going out on the road each day.

Most of the employees of Stanley Steemer of Napa and Solano have been with Bill and Cyndy for many years. Every employee that is hired at Stanley Steemer go through a rigorous background check, drug screening, and are trained by senior technicians.  Some of the technicians have been with Bill and Cyndy from the very start.

Justin, who has been with Bill and Cyndy since 1997, is not only a senior carpet technician but also maintains the fleet of vehicles going out each day.  Joe has been with Stanley Steemer of Napa and Solano since 2006 and has become the commercial accounts specialist, taking care of many businesses and wineries in our great Napa Valley. Cathy, the office manager, has been with Bill and Cyndy for 17 years.  Over the years, Cathy has developed many special bonds with her customers and tries to go the extra mile, making each customer feel like family. During the October fires of 2017, she created a list of people who may have been affected by the fire, and called them just make sure that they were safe.

Bill and Cyndy have supported youth sport leagues in the Napa area as well as making contributions  to such organizations as  Susan B Komen cancer society,  Make a Wish foundation, cleaning the Boys and Girls club of Napa at no charge, offering gift certificates to many church raffles as well as being a member of the Chamber of Commerce.
