About Fair Housing Napa Valley

Fair Housing Napa Valley is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit corporation dedicated to fair and equal housing opportunity for all county residents. It is the only agency in Napa County where residents can obtain impartial comprehensive fair housing counseling, information, and referral and mediation services. Available services include extensive education and enforcement activities, such as intake of discrimination complaints, testing, investigation, and, when necessary, referrals for litigation and/or administrative enforcement. The agency also provides impartial counsel for landlord–tenant and mobile home park issues, as well as foreclosure education and referral.

All of Fair Housing Napa Valley services and publications are available throughout the county in both Spanish and English. The agency serves vulnerable populations: 27% of client households have at least one person with a disability; 18% of households are seniors, and 9% of client households are headed by single mothers. Children comprise 32% of total persons served.

Fair Housing Napa Valley seeks to accommodate all clients, therefore FHNV's offices are accessible to persons with mobility impairments.  Reasonable accommodations are available upon request.
