In October 1995, Javier Ceja opened his first Restaurant under the name of Soscol Cafe in the Napa Valley.
The success he had motivated him to open a second location witch he named Jefferson Cafe.
Nowadays he continues to operate both Restaurants always serving the freshest ingredients in the market and keeping consistency on his recipes at both locations.
