Stoner-Duncan married June 12 in Napa
Haley Duncan of St. Helena, California, and Yianni Stoner of Wellesley, Massachusetts, were married on Sunday, June 12, at the Duncan family’s Soda Canyon Vineyard in Napa, California.
The bride is the daughter of the late Elizabeth Duncan and Tim and Roo Duncan of St. Helena. The bride is the granddaughter of Raymond Twomey Duncan, Joan Duncan, and Sally Duncan of Denver, Colorado, and Craig and Margaret Rossi of Menlo Park, California.
The groom is the son of Barbara Diane Dallis of Wellesley, Massachusetts, and Wayne Lee Stoner and Di Jiang of Weston, Massachusetts; soon to be of Maui, Hawaii. The groom is the eldest grandson of Dr. and Mrs. Demetrios “James” Nina Dallis of Youngstown, Ohio.
The reception was held at the Duncan family’s Silver Oak winery in Oakville. The groom’s best man was Nicholas J. O’Connell of Wellesley, Massachusetts, and the bride’s maid of honor was Avery Duncan of Denver, Colorado.
Following the 10-day honeymoon in Fiji, the couple returned to live in Napa. Haley works with her family at Silver Oak and Twomey Cellars, where she is the project manager for building the new Silver Oak Alexander Valley winery in Healdsburg. Yianni will work the 2016 harvest at Spottswoode Estate in St. Helena.
