Rare wines and far-flung vacations are among the auction lots that will be offered at the St. Helena Montessori School’s annual fundraiser Festa Primavera at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, March 4, on the school’s campus, 880 College Ave.
This year’s James Bond theme, Shaken, Not Stirred, will set the backdrop for an evening that benefits the school and helps raise funds for student scholarships, faculty development, facility improvements and the new Toddler Program.
A few of the offerings include five magnums from each of BOND winery’s limited production vineyard sites from the 2007 Napa Valley vintage, a full case of Bordeaux wines from legendary vintages that include each of the five first growths, live lots featuring winemakers Philippe Melka, Thomas Rivers Brown and Levy & McClellan, and a number of trips to Guatemala, Turks and Caicos, Prague, Park City, Hawaii and more.
For tickets, go to sthms.org/festa. Those unable to attend the event may register for mobile bidding to participate in the online wine auction or by proxy for the live auction.
