If you need a hip spot to take visitors this summer, the open, outdoor seating at Stewart Cellars makes for relaxed conversation while enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.

But trumping even the great setting along Yountville’s Washington Street are the Stewart wines and fact that Southside Café has opened on the property. Start with a glass of the Stewart rosé, a pale-colored charmer with bright red fruits and a hint of wet stone and lime/lemon citrus; and if you are feeling hungry, Southside has a menu full of choices from avocado toast and heirloom farro salad to Cuban sandwiches and fried chicken.

In the mood for red wine? Stewart Cellars makes rich, concentrated wines from top vineyard sites; they are about to release a wine from each of Andy Beckstoffer’s famed Napa Valley vineyard sites.

There’s no guarantee your wine will be chosen to be featured, but all wines will be evaluated and considered.
