The Garagiste Wine Festival, which has been dubbed “one of the most exuberant wine festivals around because of the thrill of discovery,” celebrates its fifth anniversary in Paso Robles, Nov. 4-7, with more than 70 garagiste winemakers pouring more than 200 micro-production wines.
The Garagiste Festival is the first and only festival dedicated to undiscovered and under-recognized American garagiste winemakers who are making some of the best wines in the world.
Taking place at the Ponderosa Pavilion at the Paso Robles Fairgrounds and other Paso Robles and Atascadero-area locations, the festival includes a Grand Tasting, educational tasting seminars, winemaking symposiums, winemaker dinner, a Rocking After-Party, artisan foods and more.
The nonprofit festival supports a scholarship fund for the Cal Poly Wine and Viticulture program.
