This is exactly the wrong place and the wrong type of housing that Napa needs. Napa needs to use their housing allowance for well-designed, mixed-use infill housing in the downtown area. Who needs trashy mcmansions on a beautiful hillside? Please, Mr. Developer, leave the hills alone.
